QuakeCon began in 1996 as a local gathering of id Software fans. Since then, it’s grown to be one of the largest gaming festivals in North America. Now, QuakeCon 2021 is right around the corner, bringing three days of competitions and livestreams.
Bethesda published the QuakeCon 2021 event schedule Thursday, finally revealing precisely what fans have to look forward to. The event begins on Twitch at 2 PM Eastern on Thursday, August 19 and runs through Saturday, August 21. Once again, this year’s QuakeCon will be an online event due to COVID-19 safety concerns.
