Instagram has introduced a new feature for iOS and Android users that gives them the ability to opt for a chronological feed. The feature is not enabled by default so you will have to enable it every time you launch the app. Instagram’s new chronological feed is applicable for two formats – Following and Favorites. The Following option implements the chronological order for all the accounts that you follow while the Favorites option lets you choose 50 accounts that you follow. This is How You Can Easily Add People to Favorites on Instagram to View Their Posts in Chronological Order
As mentioned earlier, Instagram’s new Favorite option lets you see posts from the accounts that you follow in chronological order. At this point, Instagram only lets you select 50 people that you can add to Favorites. The posts from these accounts will appear in chronological order. If you are unfamiliar with the mechanics, we will teach you how you can customize and add people to Favorites on Instagram.
You can treat the new feature as your list of close friends from whom you want to receive posts. We have devised a series of instructions that you can follow. The process is fairly simple so follow the instructions carefully.
Step 1: The first thing that you have to do is launch the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android.
Step 2: Simply, tap on the Instagram logo situated on the top-left corner of the interface.
Step 3: Under the Favorites option, you will see a Manage favorites option with a star sign.
Step 4: In the Favorites section, you will see the list of friends that you have interacted with. To add new accounts or people, simply type their names in the search bar.
Step 5: You will be presented with a list of accounts, tap on Add next to the account that you want to add to Favorites.
This is all that you have to do to add people to Favorites on Instagram. To remove people from the list, you will have to go to the Manage favorites option again and then tap on the Remove button from the list of favorites.
